Free legal services on business transaction for qualifying small businesses and start-ups, housed in Wayne State's Law School

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses

Intensive education and business advising for second-stage small businesses poised for significant growth

Patent Procurement Clinic

Free legal support from upper-level Law School students for qualifying clients. Services including patentability searches, patent application and responses to patent office rejections

Procurement Technical Assistance Center

Provides a range of educational, coaching and consulting services to help eligible businesses secure contracts with the federal government, particularly the Department of Defense
